I have decided to move back into web development (Give me a shout if you have any web needs!). Becoming a sports therapist and learning about and practising myofascial release therapy have been great life skills. The best thing for me personally was realising how much stress, anxiety, and emotional conflict was present in the pain problems my clients came to me with. People were coming to me in pain and most hadn't connected it to the fact that they were really stressed with their jobs or relationships, or even if they had they didn't know how to cope.
My main advice is that you need to physically relax several times a day. This will help you to be a truly dynamic person. There are loads of ways of doing this, you just need to find one that you can adopt that fits with your lifestyle.
